
These burgers were so delicious! The curry slaw was a huge hit and added some nice spice and crunch to the salmon. I’m definitely making these bad boys again!


6 large Buns
Condiments of choice

Curry Cole Slaw:
3 cups Green Cabbage; shredded
½ cup Red Cabbage; shredded
¼ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Carrots; shredded
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Curry Paste
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Salmon Patties:
29.5 oz. Canned Salmon
½ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Bell Pepper; cored and chopped
⅓ cup Zucchini; finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 large Eggs
½ cup Breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon Celery Seed
1 ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the curry slaw ingredients, cover and chill in the fridge until the salmon burger are done cooking.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix the salmon patty ingredients in a large bowl and form into 6 large patties. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
