Loaded Cajun Burgers

Little bit of a late lunch. Decided to make a Loaded Cajun Burgers and fries! I made a Chipotle Aioli to go over top and it was a hit! It had just enough kick without being super spicy.

Chipotle Aioli:

⅓ cup Mayonnaise

½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 teaspoons Chipotle Powder

Cajun Burger:

1 ½ lbs Ground Beef

½ cup Bell Pepper; finely chopped

½ cup Onion; chopped

2 cloves Garlic; minced

¼ cup Green Onion; chopped

¼ cup Parsley; chopped

1 large Egg

2 Tablespoons “Slap Ya Mama” Cajun Seasoning

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the aioli ingredients, cover and chill until the burgers are done.

Heat a griddle or grill over medium-high heat.

Mix all of the burger ingredients in a large bowl until just combined. Form into 4 large patties and, using your thumb, place a dimple in the center of each burger.

Cook the burgers until it reaches your desired doneness, flipping once. Do NOT squish the patties as it can make them dry.

Assemble your burger with the aioli, patty and desired toppings.

Enjoy!
