Montreal Pork Chops & Creamy Rice Bake

I haven’t had pork chops for a while. 😋 Time to change that! Baked Montreal Pork Chops & Creamy Rice. It’s a quick, easy recipe that doesn’t need babysitting. My favorite kind of meals!

  • Pork Chops:
    • 4 large Bone-in Pork Chops
    • 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Rice:
    • 1 cup Wild Rice
    • 1 cup Chicken Broth
    • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper; chopped
    • 1/4 cup Onion; chopped
    • 2 cloves Garlic; minced
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  1. Add the rice ingredients, minus the cream and parmesan, to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover, simmering for 15 minutes. Stir in the cream and cheese.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Meanwhile, season the pork chops with the steak seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the pork chops on both sides.
  4. Scoop the rice into a baking dish and place the pork chops over top. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145°F.
  5. Enjoy!
