Corn overload! Summer’s here which means the return of fresh sweet corn. I love bringing this dish to cookouts and potlucks.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the corn, onion, cream of corn, garlic powder, salt, pepper and half of the cheese. Scoop into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and baking an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the edges of the dish are bubbly.
