Corn overload! 😂 Summer’s here which means the return of fresh sweet corn. I love bringing this dish to cookouts and potlucks. 🤩
- 3 cups Sweet Corn
- 1/4 cup Onion; chopped
- 1 can Cream of Corn
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese; divided
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the corn, onion, cream of corn, garlic powder, salt, pepper and half of the cheese. Scoop into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baking an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the edges of the dish are bubbly.
