Sweet Chile Sriracha Chicken Drumsticks

I love chicken drumsticks! They’re easy to cook, affordable and make a great canvas for a variety of spices. I may or may not have forgotten that I pulled out 5 lbs a few days ago and needed to cook them tonight. Prep took all of 5 minutes, which was so awesome! Plus, I only needed 6 simple ingredients. These Sweet Chile Sriracha Drumsticks go great with brown rice and baked asian style vegetables

5 lbs Chicken Drumsticks

½ cup Sriracha Paste

1 cup Sweet Chile Sauce

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and pull the skin down towards the bone. Place in a large bowl and add the sriracha, sweet chile sauce, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss the chicken until evenly coated and pull the skin back up, making sure there is seasoning between the skin and meat. Place the drumsticks skin side down on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn so the skin is facing up and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is crispy.
  4. Enjoy!
