
This soup is so delicious and it’s perfect for a winter day or if you’re feeling under the weather. It takes under 20 minutes to come together and there’s no need to purchase fancy ingredients.


1 quart Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 extra large Egg
1 teaspoon Water
¼ cup Green Onion; chopped
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Water

- Bring the broth and soy sauce to a boil. Season with salt and onion powder, the. Sprinkle in the green onion. Whisk the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water together, then add the slurry to the pot.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and a teaspoon of water. Slowly pour the mixture into the boiling water and stir until cooked through, about 2 minutes.
