Egg Drop Soup

- 1 qt Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 extra large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Water
- 1/4 cup Green Onion; chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Bring the broth and soy sauce to a boil. Season with salt and onion powder, the. Sprinkle in the green onion. Whisk the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water together, then add the slurry to the pot.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and teaspoon water. Slowly pour the mixture into the boiling water and stir until cooked through, about 2 minutes.
