
All time favorite one ingredient snack! Air Fryer Pepperoni Chips! It cuts the calories by WAY more than half which makes it a great quarantine snack. 🤣 Which is great because I don’t know how much more of this my hips can take!
They also make great vessels for dips and sauces! 😋 If you don’t have an air fryer you can bake them in the oven or microwave them wrapped in paper towels.

Air Fryer Pepperoni Chips
• As many Pepperoni as will fit on your pan
• Sauce or dip of choice
• Parmesan Cheese and Parsley as garnish
Air Fryer/Oven: Preheat to 420°F and add pepperoni to baking pan with wire rack. Cook for 4-7 minutes or until crispy.
Microwave: Place pepperoni in between 2 sheets of paper towels and put in microwave. Nuke for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes or until crispy.
