This is one of my favorite toppings for pancakes! It’s cheaper than pure maple syrup and it’s packed with vitamins and flavor! It’s also a great alternative to sugary corn syrup toppings.

¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Fresh Raspberries
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice; cold

- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the berries and sugar. Fold gently using a spatula, making sure not to damage the berries. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and cornstarch. Pour the slurry into the berry mixture and gently mix until thickened.
- Serve over waffles, pancakes or even meat!
- Enjoy!
