Quick and Easy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe by Ash's In The Kitchen

I love Italian Pasta Salad! Tangy, rich and mildly sweet. It’s great at get togethers, pot lucks or as an everyday side dish! So easy and so delicious!

Italian Pasta Salad

Servings: 4 Time: 40 Minutes

  • 8 oz Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion; chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bell Pepper; chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives; sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes; diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bacon; chopped
  • 1/2 cup Salami; chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan; grated
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • Pinch of Salt
  1. Bring a liberally salted pot of water to a boil and add in the pasta, cooking until al dente; about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop it from cooking any further.
  2. Add the pasta and all of the remaining ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to coat, then cover the bowl in plastic wrap and place in fridge to chill at least 30 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
