Italian Pasta Salad

Quick and Easy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe by Ash's In The Kitchen

I love Italian Pasta Salad! Tangy, rich and mildly sweet. It’s great at get togethers, pot lucks or as an everyday side dish! So easy and so delicious!

8 oz Bow Tie Pasta

½ cup Red Onion; chopped

½ cup Bell Pepper; chopped

½ cup Black Olives; sliced

½ cup Tomatoes; diced

½ cup Celery, chopped

½ cup Bacon; chopped

½ cup Salami; chopped

½ cup Pine Nuts

1 cup Italian Dressing

½ cup Parmesan; grated

½ cup Goat Cheese Crumbles

Pinch of Salt

  1. Bring a liberally salted pot of water to a boil and add in the pasta, cooking until al dente; about 12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop it from cooking any further.
  2. Add the pasta and all of the remaining ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to coat, then cover the bowl in plastic wrap and place in fridge to chill at least 30 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
