Quick and Easy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe by Ash's In The Kitchen

I love Italian Pasta Salad! Tangy, rich and mildly sweet. It’s great at get togethers, pot lucks or as an everyday side dish! So easy and so delicious!

Italian Pasta Salad

• 3 cups uncooked Pasta
• 1/2 cup Red Onion
• 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
• 1/2 cup Black Olives; sliced
• 1/2 cup Tomatoes; diced
• 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
• 1/2 cup Bacon; chopped
• 1/2 cup Salami; chopped
• 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
• 1 cup Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup Parmesan; grated
• 1/2 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
• Pinch of Salt

1. Bring pot of water to boil and season liberally with salt. Add in pasta.
2. Boil pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes, and pour into strainer. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and place strainer in a large bowl.
3. Add pasta and all of the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; toss to coat.
4. Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and place in fridge to chill 2-4 hours. This gives the pasta time to absorb all of the flavors.
5. Enjoy!
